MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION MS18-009

Vernon Boyd and Edward Silveira - A request to subdivide a 5 acre homesite parcel from a 48.92 Acre parcel and combine the remaining 43.92 Acres to a contiguous parcel to the east creating a 82.01 acre parcel, on property located at the southeast corner of West Longview Avenue and North Dwight Way in the Atwater area, designated Agricultural land use and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural). CEQA: No further environmental review is required in compliance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), as there is no potential for this subdivision to have a significant effect on the environment.MT

RECOMMENDATION(S):
1) Open/close the public hearing;
2) Determine that no further environmental review is required in compliance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines; and,
3) Approve Minor Subdivision Application No. MS18-009 based on the findings included in the staff report and subject to the proposed conditions of approval.
