MINOR MODIFICATION No. MM18-003 to CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT No. CUP 2870 – GEORGE REED - INTERIM MANAGEMENT PLAN

BLASINGAME - MINE ID #91-24-0008: To approve a second 5-year Interim Management Plan to allow for management of an idle aggregate mine. The project site is located on the east side of Highway 59, .75 miles west of Snelling Road in the Snelling area. The property is designated Agricultural land use in the General Plan and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural). (170 acres) MT

RECOMMENDATION(S):
1) Open/close the public hearing;
2) Determine the review and approval of the modification is not considered a project for purposes of CEQA in accordance with Public Resources Code Section 2770(h)(1);
3) Approve Minor Modification No. MM18-003 to Conditional Use Permit No. CUP2870 based on the findings identified in the Staff Report.

MINOR MODIFICATION No. MM18-004 to CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT No. CUP 01021 - GEORGE REED - INTERIM MANAGEMENT PLAN

HARDIN MINE - MINE ID # 91-24-0043: - To approve a second 5-year Interim Management Plan to allow for management of an idle aggregate mine. The project site is located on the west side of N. Snelling Rd, 2/3 mile south of N. St. Highway 59, in the Snelling area. The property is designated Agricultural land use in the General Plan and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural). (89 acres). MT

RECOMMENDATION(S):
1) Open/close the public hearing;
2) Determine the review and approval of the modification is not considered a project for purposes of CEQA in accordance with Public Resources Code Section 2770(h)(1);
3) Approve Minor Modification No. MM18-004 to Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 01021 based on the findings identified in the Staff Report.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. CUP17-003

GARCIA FARMS PRODUCE/ ROBERT GARCIA - Request to construct 11 additional 12,000 square foot sweet potato storage buildings, one 6,000 square foot sweet potato storage building, and an office at an existing warehouse facility. Located on the northwest corner of Westside Boulevard and Dwight Way, in the Livingston area, identified by Assessor Parcel Number(s) 047-290-031. The property is designated as Agricultural land use in the General Plan and zoned A-1 (General Agricultural).PN

RECOMMENDATION(S):
1) Open/close the public hearing;
2) Adopts the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program prepared for the project;
3) Approve Conditional Use Permit CUP17-003 based on the findings included in the staff report and subject to the below conditions of approval.
