Merced County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is committed to providing beneficiaries of the Mental Health Plan (MHP) with access to services and quality care. When feasible, after each review of each individual case and upon availability of new provider, the MHP shall make every effort to grant the Change of Provider or Provider Request to Transfer Consumer request, including the right to use culture-specific providers.
