Consumers receiving Mental Health Services have legal rights, including the right to express their concerns about the type and delivery of services.  The brochures below explain how consumers can seek change.


Consumer suggestions are important to providing quality, effective services. Providers have Suggestion Forms available in service areas.

Consumer suggestions are welcome and can be placed in the designated boxes or given directly to mental health staff or the Patients' Rights Advocate.
