About
HCPCFC is a public health nursing program, which is located in the Human Services Agency's Child Protective Services office, providing public health nurse expertise to meet the medical, dental, mental and developmental needs of children and youth in foster care.
The Child Health and Disability Program is administratively responsible for HCPCFC.
