The Secured Property Transfer List is produced quarterly and is available for a yearly subscription of $180 or a one time purchase of $75. It is currently produced in Excel.
The charge to view it in the Assessor's office is $10.
What It Lists
The Secured Property Transfer List lists the following in assessment number order:
- Real estate transferred during the past two years
- Transferee and transferor
- Deed reference
- Date of recording
- Documentary stamps / sales price
- Address of property if available
- Number or acres, if any
- Land use code
