In accordance with rules, regulations and guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Treasury and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), Merced County is subject to the following reporting requirements:
- One-Time Interim Report: includes an initial overview of status and uses of funding.
- Project and Expenditure Report: includes funded projects, expenditures and other information. Submitted quarterly with the first deadline on January 31, 2022 and the final deadline on March 31, 2027. Submission deadlines are subject to U.S. Department of Treasury revisions.
- Recovery Plan Performance Report: provides information on projects, including key performance indicators. Reports are to be published annually, with the first deadline on August 31, 2021. Submission deadlines are subject to U.S. Department of Treasury revisions.
