Operational Permit Inspections
An Operational Permit (OP) inspection is an in-depth inspection of an “operation or business” which generates an annual permit to operate based on the successful passing of required inspections by the “fire code official”. (CFC 105.1.1)
Change of Occupancy
Serious violations, change of ownership, change of operation or business, and/or change of occupancy will void the Operational Permit and the process will re-start.
